I have no idea if food enthusiast and host of Travel Channel’s Man vs. Food, Adam Richman, has seen Grandma’s Boy but he certainly shares the same attitude as Alex when it comes to eating. Richman recently visited my alma mater, Syracuse University, and took on the local foods at the city’s most famous establishments: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Heid’s of Liverpool, and Mother’s Cupboard. Although I explored the menu and enjoyed a meal at all three restaurants during my four years at the ‘Cuse, I never experienced anything like Richman did when he went to war with a six pound Mother’s Cupboard frittata loaded with pepperoni, peppers, broccoli, and diced potatoes.
