The Michigan Wolverines (11-8, 1-5 Big 10) will visit their in-state rival #18 Michigan State Spartans (12-7, 4-3 Big 10) on Thursday at 7:00pm ET. The Wolverines have lost 6 straight games heading into this contest at The Jack Breslin Student Events Center. The team held a players only meeting following their most recent loss at home against Minnesota on Saturday led by Tim Hardaway, Jr. “We just talked stuff out,” Hardaway said. “We want to make sure we don’t keep making the same mistakes down the stretch.” The Spartans have lost two straight themselves, road battles at #22 Illinois and #13 Purdue. Superstar senior guard Kalin Lucas will look to rebound from his worst game of the season against Purdue and light up Michigan as he did in two Spartan victories last season.
