Goldeneye is perhaps one of the most memorable games in history. Maybe it’s because we all had half a chubby experiencing a shooter in 3D, maybe it’s because anything James Bond is cool, or maybe, just maybe, it was just that great a game. Either way, a fan-made video, even if it’s 10 years after the game’s debut, is not a moment too late.
These creative geniuses decided to re-enact the Goldeneye gameplay engine in real life, complete with enemies, friend characters, and silenced PP7. I’m sure this has been done before, and I salute any predecessors, but this one is just perfect. The mannerisms, the seemingly random blood splatters, right down to the horrible, walking straight into the line of fire AI. These dudes are doing it right.
