Behind the Scenes: Rich Rodriguez final meeting with Michigan Athletic Director

Rich Rodriguez firing

University of Michigan fired head football coach Rich Rodriguez on Wednesday after three disappointing years at the school. Rodriguez finished with a 15-22 record overall, 6-18 in Big Ten play and was investigated and convicted of multiple NCAA violations. The blood has been in the water for weeks as Rodriguez was unable to produce a winner, even with having All-American talents like QB Denard Robinson on his squad. Michigan expects winners every year and the NCAA violations paired with a 52-14 drubbing by Mississippi State in this years Gator Bowl caused athletic director Dave Brandon to make a move. Rodriguez and Brandon met on Tuesday for over 5 hours discussing the “future of the program” during his performance review. Well, once again your friends here at The Campus Socialite have gained some EXCLUSIVE video of their meetings. And now, for your viewing pleasure…….
