The Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival sure offers more than I imagined. Other than the 60 different types of beer distributed, 30 different bourbons to rip shots of, and enough BBQ to feed the entire state of Texas they offered rides on the mechanical bull. I was a little uneasy as I jumped on its back and grabbed the ropes. The man pushed that go button and before I knew it I was ridin’ dirty.
Mechanical bull riding is not like any other riding you’ve done before. You’re sore, tired, nauseous, and confused once your finished. Almost like the night after Halloween, when you’ re doing the walk of shame. I’ve gone down south before and seen how these girls ride the bulls. Trust me, they aren’t going home with anybody after that experience. I even saw three girls riding one bull. I bet you never thought that was possible.
I saw the testosterone level in the men drop after realizing the mechanical bull has stolen their chances of getting laid. I mean not only do the girls pay to ride the bull but there is a contest where the chick who keeps her ass on that thing the longest wins a shit load of cash. Where do I sign up?
