Yeah, this somehow is functional. Students from Penn State University created this bicycle so it would be able to fit into closets in cramped dorm rooms. The idea was picked up by Schwinn and has been distributed in stores by college campuses. The bike has experienced little problems and is the upcoming “it” item at colleges.
