Twitter is constantly surging. Politics, sports, murder trials, everything is fair game. However, when some event takes over every single trending topic on your top 10 list, you know it’s big. Yesterday accused murderer, and sorta hottie, Casey Anthony, was acquitted of murdering her daughter. The jury might have found her innocent, but Twitter does not feel the same.

If I worked in an office filled with drug paraphernalia and lived under a desk, I’d probably be creative with my titles, too. Comedy Central strikes again and has put out a statement this morning that their next roast victim will be none other then everyone’s favorite drug addict Charlie Sheen. I figured if a few drunk comedians can have a night filled with laughs at the expense of Sheen, I should have the same opportunity.

Takeru Kobayashi gave Joey Chestnut a big “fudge you” yesterday when he beat him in Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating contest…from a rooftop miles away in Manhattan. Kobayashi wasn’t allowed to compete in the contest due to an ongoing contractual battle with Major League Eating.
