If it wasn’t enough that Indiana gets to host Little 500 every year and The Blitz & Beatz tour, on October 29th Bounce Music Festival will bring DJ Legend, Avicii to show the Hoosiers a show they will never forget. Indiana is merely the first stop on a tour that looks to hit 10 cities over the next 6 months with Avicii as the headliner along with a slew of un-named artists. If you live in the Midwest and are looking for a sick party, look no further.
Pre-sale tickets to the show have already been sold out, so if you want to be there, get your tickets fast. DJ acts come and go but somehow the Aviciis and the Tiestos of the scene never seem to give that spot up, and from first-hand experience, it is with good reason. Like I said, the show takes place on October 29th and Halloween costumes are “suggested.” Anyone who’s been in a college town on October 31st knows what that means. Now take that picture you have in your head, add some alcohol and some other illicit substances that might find their way into a show (that’s all we’re saying), all to the backdrop of a live Avicii show and expertly crafted dance beats blaring out from 3-story speakers. Sound like a party?
Bounce Music Festival has teamed up with Xtreme Trips for the event. In the coming weeks, the two will be announcing something special for Spring Break 2012. We’d tell you more but all we know is that it’s going to be huge. Xtreme Trips will also be giving away free Spring Break trips at every show. They will send you to hot spots like Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco, but this isn’t Club Med with Shuffle Board and all-you-can-eat Salisbury Steak. Xtreme Trips specializes in trips for college which means clubs, bars, parties and all your friends for group prices. Look for their banner at the show and find out how you can win a free trip.
In a place like Bloomington, Indiana, Avicii tickets aren’t going to stick around forever. Get them now, and if you don’t happen to live anywhere near Bloomington, stay tuned for more tour dates and locations to be announced at Bounce Music Festival. Check out the Facebook Event Page for more details as well. More DJs, bands and artists will be announced, but in the end, Avicii, a stage and a sea of college students is all you need. Get on it, Socialites.
