Seriously, this thing looks frickin ridiculous. If you’ve ever seen a button-based guitar synthesizer, then you’re probably a step ahead of everybody else. Now integrate that with an iPad and its growing archive of music making apps, and you’ve got yourself the future of electronic music. Check it out.

The extreme sports gaming franchise has been in the market for a revival of the “pro” series for a while. Activision abandoned everything but Tony Hawk, but the way these guys imitated the classic video game gets me amped, and there’s nothing I’d love to do more than freerun in a virtual world where I can’t injure myself. Check it.
The iPhone 4S is out and everyone in the tech world has been chattering non-stop about Siri. We’ve all heard all the details. Personal assistant, can schedule your appointments, set your alarms, send texts and e-mails. The perfect tool to get your stuff done easy. In all seriousness though, how much scheduling are you gonna do before you start having a little fun?
I feel like I’m living in a time warp. It was about this time last year when I wrote a newsflash praising Mickey D’s for bringing back the McRib nationwide. The tasty, messy sandwich was regional for 16 years, but then it made a comeback, only to vanish once more…and now it’s back again. I smell a marketing ploy.
Some nights you want the all out club. Some nights you want the dive bar. Variety is good but there are some bars who won’t settle for the common tags. They go above and beyond with unique, creative and at times ridiculous concepts. I’ve been to a few in my time and I’m here to tell you my 5 absolute favorites. You won’t find them everywhere but you can damn sure try.
Sheboygan, Wisconsin might not be famous for much, but now they at least have a viral video. I can’t quite figure out how it happened, but somehow 6,810 bottles of wine at Superior Discount Liquors took the plunge and turned the warehouse into a ankle-high flood of alcohol. I blame one of those two guys.
Truth be told, this should probably be illegal. But it’s not so let’s all enjoy. These geniuses wrapped bungee cords around telephone poles, added a harness, threw in a Quad and invented the first ever, home-made Human Slingshot. I’m practically pissing my pants just watching it.
Let’s get completely disobedient for this week’s Throwback Thursday. Here are all the things your mother didn’t want you to do: eat sour stuff, eat pure sugar, and then bounce around while watching filthy cartoons. Sounds like heaven right? Let’s get into it.
You might have seen the trailers for Syracuse and Temple, but this is a whole different ball game. The documentary I’m Shmacked follows 12 students at 12 different schools, comparing and contrasting the difference between their party scenes. WVU is unrivaled in festivities. The trailer is awesome, but I’m curious: where’s the infamous Morgantown couch burning I’ve heard so much about.
Checkmate Buddy. It’s been months since the Libyan people rose up and decided they were no longer going to answer to a dictator that has been around for way too long. Every news outlet around received reports this morning that Moammar Qadaffi, with his army of female bodyguards, has finally been killed. WARNING: Graphic pictures after the jump.
