Dissatisfied with your sex life? Apparently all you need to do to remedy that problem is head to your nearest Apple store.
According to a recent study done by dating website OkCupid, in a poll of close to 10,000 smart phone owners, male iPhone users had on average a total of 10 sexual partners by age 30, while Blackberry and Android users had a total of eight and six respectively.
The odds are even better for female iPhone users. The same study found that female iPhone users have an average of 12 different sexual partners by age 30.
If college students are wondering how the numbers stack up in their age group, see for yourself. The study found that iPhone users are getting more action at every age beginning at 18, compared to more chaste Blackberry and Android users.
OkCupid said it best: we now have “statistical proof that iPhone users aren’t just getting fudgeed by Apple.” As a proud iPhone4 owner, this comment doesn’t quite sit well with me, but I’m sure some would agree wholeheartedly.
How do you feel about these statistics? Are you surprised as I am to find out this study was originally being used to find out what kind of camera makes someone look most attractive in a photo? Will this make you run out and buy an iPhone?
By the way, in case you were wondering what kind of camera OkCupid found makes you look the worst – stay away from the camera on a Motorola phone when taking your next Facebook default.
