A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas (11/04/11)
Everyone’s favorite burger munching, Guantanamo escaping Stoner Duo is back, this time in 3D. This time Harold & Kumar will be tackling the next logical step for a growing franchise, the Christmas episode. The movie is Christmas themed, 3D, and a 2nd sequel all at the same time, which in movie language means extreme potential for disaster. Maybe this is just me thinking wishfully, but I think they’ll pull through. From the looks of the trailer, they brought back every small part and cameo from the first 2, including NPH who “died” by shotgun to the gut in Guantanamo Bay. I had doubts about the 1st sequel, and I ended up laughing my ass off for 2 hours and beyond, so this time I’m going in with an open mind. Really, what could go wrong?
Goldeneye Reloaded (11/01/11)
Just to preface this post, I’d like to proclaim that I could beat each and every one of your asses in Goldeneye for N64. Sadly, the amount of existing functional Nintendo 64’s in this world dwindles with each passing month, and I have been patiently waiting for the day that I can once again reign over all as master of the silenced PP7. I wish it were today, but I’ll accept tomorrow. Much like the Gears of War and Call of Duty sagas of today, Goldeneye changed the face of a genre. Can they replicate it? We’ll see, but either way, I’ll be the first to find out.
