There’s so much retro holiday junk out there that I’d have a hard time fitting it all into all 52 Throwback Thursdays of the year. So I’ve decided to cut out all of the crap you’ll probably watch on ABC Family and just give you the meat and potatoes of the festive season in a few weeks. That was a mouthful. Welcome to the Thanksgiving Edition of Throwback Thursdays, where I’ve meticulously collected some of the best old school Turkey Day crap into one place for you. While you’ll probably spend most of the day stuffing your face, playing/watching football, and conversing with your least favorite relatives, you might get 5 minutes of downtime. That’s what I’m here for.
You may or may not have noticed something different about today’s Throwback Thursdays. The childish crap has been replaced by some awesome crap that you’ll probably like more, for two reasons: 1. Another week, another Throwback Thursday. This time we’re dredging up three of my favorite things: chocolate, violence, and completely nonsensical cartoons. So flip the boob tube to the WB (which unfortunately doesn’t exist anymore), we’re taking a trip back to yesteryear.
Former Apple CEO and innovative genius Steve Jobs has passed away, but don’t let it get you down. Instead, let’s remember all the good things he gave us: The guy helped shape the digital generation and changed the world forever. In celebration of his life, it’s Throwback Thursdays: Steve Jobs Edition.
