Don’t want to ruin it, but this one takes all your favorite fictional video game characters and puts them together to make the most epic video game system commercial in history. Cool concept, a lot of nostalgia, and at the end of the day, video games. Props Sony. We love the new direction.

It’s UMich: when the Wolverines win, everyone parties. And no one likes to rage more than loose old ladies in hoodless hoodies. I think it’s about time we started up a Socialite Hall of Fame, and these grandmas are our first inductees. Onto the beer bong, bubbie!

College is all about annual events. Football Homecoming, Fountain Day at Albany, Little 500 at Indiana University. But no day holds the same national attention as the day that Madden drops. Maybe 4/20. Anyway, Madden 2012 became available for purchase last night (this morning for non-college students) at 12:00.

This Throwback Thursday is gonna bridge some generation gaps. Each one of my three nostalgic items has been carefully picked and plucked from time to touch a different group of people. So not everyone might appreciate this whole thing, but maybe you should learn about what the college students before you liked as kids. Check it.

Stop motion videos might be as hipster as PBR in a jar, but some of them are too cool not to post. This one plays on our nostalgia with Street Fighter toys. I didn’t even know they made Street Fighter Toys, but hey, you learn something new every day. Anyway, the toys manage to re-enact the closest thing to a Street Fighter Video Game fight you could ask for. All in all, it’s really frickin cool. Check it out below. You win Hipsters…you win.
