Nowadays, weed, pot or marijuana is a very accessible drug, getting closer and closer to legalization in America. College students all over the world are infatuated with weed. Almost every college student knows how to get his or her hands on this drug and probably even know someone that illegally sells it. The question is, does marijuana make you lazy and non-active? Is there any kind of smoking or Stoner Workout that can help you stay fit?

During my college experience, I have got to know a good amount of pot smokers and don’t really see it being a gateway drug; I rather see it leading them to the kitchen and refrigerator numerous times. I also have grown to learn that marijuana hasn’t been proven to have negative effects on your body and is even used in certain medical conditions to ease pain. According to the urban dictionary a stoner is referred to a person who enjoys smoking marijuana on a daily basis. Stoners are usually very easy going and sometimes can be even looked at as lackadaisical.

Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Chris Webby, Mac Miller, and Currency are all perfect examples of artist who continually rap about smoking the ganja.

Honing your taste buds is key during this stage of the stoner workout. Make sure you pair the right liquor with the right kind of Kush. Go with some kind of flavored Bacardi matched with the right Kush and you will be in the clouds. Fill your cup to the top and continue doing your 12oz curls with your drink.

Here you are continually conditioning your thumb muscles. A lot of stoners may not even leave the couch all day and only get this minimal workout. If you do venture into this workout, make sure you get your hands on Call of Duty Black Ops – Zombies edition. This game is vintage for your everyday stoner.

If you are not really a music person, enjoy a stoner comedy movie like How High, Pineapple Express or Knocked Up. “The Office” and “Entourage” are also known to be enjoyed by vintage stoners. Who knows if you retain any of the information, but while being stoned, your eyes will definitely be glued to the television.

Perhaps the most common effect of marijuana is the munchies…and cotton mouth. Cottonmouth makes you hungry and thirsty for anything you can get your hands on. Numerous trips to the kitchen and refrigerator are in clear site. The munchies are very dangerous for college students, they help you rapidly gain weight and even eat foods you don’t like. But at the end of the day, you think to yourself, “That jaw is really working.”
