If you are like me and spent the last month of your life hoping and waiting for a goal while the World Cup was on, you are probably wondering now what do I watch? Well to get you through the next month or so here are some things to watch to keep you occupied until the NFL is back…

Entourage

The perfect guy show has just completed its second episode of the seventh season. If you missed the first two it’s not that hard to get caught up. They are always on HBO so I highly recommend checking out the show (if you haven’t already) and watching it with your bros.

NBA Summer Leagues

The NBA Summer League isn’t exactly a glamour league, but it gives us something to check our phones/ESPN.com for. Top pick John Wall is playing out in Las Vegas this summer and the league also features top rookies DeMarcus Cousins and Wesley Johnson.

NFL Training Camps

The Browns are the first team in the NFL to report to camp as they strap on the pads on July 23rd. We all know the NFL has passed baseball and become America’s past time, so if you have the NFL Network feel free to tune and watch as they kept you up to date on NFL training camps.

MLB Pennant Races

If you’ve been watching baseball all season, well that’s stupid of you because baseball’s pennant races don’t heat up until late August/early September when every game truly matters. Strap on your seat belt and get ready because this is when baseball finally heats up.

College Football

College football’s regular season begins on September 2nd, so if you can hold off until then on your real football fix, you will be quite alright. The first game on tap for ESPN’s Thursday night’s schedule is South Carolina versus Southern Miss.  Get the boys together and have a party because football is back!

If you have any other summer entertainment suggestions to pass the time prior to NFL Kickoff on September 9, please speak up in the comments section below.
