That’s a long-ass title, but well worth it for what’s to follow. Today we feature three things I’ve been waiting to do for quite some time now, but kept changing my mind. Well, this time there’s no stopping me, and it’s time to reminiscence with some awesome crap from back in the day. Get your moonshoes on and get ready to bounce: it’s Throwback Thursday.
Nestle Wonder Ball

I always remember getting Pocahontas, Hercules, or Mulan candies in my Wonder Ball. But it was such false advertising – I was never surprised by anything I got in there. In fact, they kind of ruin the surprise right in the commercial. I know I have chocolate, Disney-shaped Sweet-Tarts, and a sticker coming my way. Unforunately, these globular candies went the way of the dodo, probably because they were waste of money on everyone’s parts.

I’ve been trying to remember the name of this thing for FOREVER, and I finally figured it out after some in-depth research today. I remember that I always wanted one because my cousins had one, but my parents would never let me get it – probably because it’s a completely useless and retarded toy. I realize that now, looking back at it. Hell, it even used cassette tapes. Ancient.
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?

This one I saved for a while due to a moral problem I have: you see, “Carmen Sandiego” was a video game before it was TV show, but I consider the show to be the defining moment in the franchise. So do I write about the game, or the show? I can’t have my cake and eat it, too. But finally I just said “fudge it” and decided to go with my gut – it’s time for to watch The Chief, Rockapella, and 3 undeniably lifeless pubescent teenagers try to take down a fictional super-criminal.
