The kids at the University of Rhode Island know how to get down. Library flash mobs are becoming increasingly popular across the country, and URI picked up the trend. Why is there a spontaneous rager in the library? Well, students have been studying for finals (some for weeks now), and there’s no better way to relieve the stress of 24/7 studying than by dancing and partying your ass off…for all of five minutes. So throw your own: Make sure someone crowd surfs, get a friend to dress up like Greenman (yep he’s in there), blast fist pumping music as loud as it goes, and whip out those glowsticks (this party is lacking the latter two, unfortunately) – it’s flash mob time!
