The class is officially called “Dance Music and Nightlife Culture in New York City,” and seeks to answer the great question of life: “why do we go out at night?” If I had to venture a guess, I’d say it’s probably because school and work keep us inside and miserable all day. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Cry Over Your Credit Card Statement Tuesday might be gone and past, but the best deal of the year (Decade? Century?) is still very much in effect. I have no problem with bros being bros, or gay dudes being gay dudes, but when bros become gay dudes, something has gone awry. The new Bromance iPhone app just stepped over that boundary.
This little gadget takes all the energy you spend on walking, running, banging etc. and converts it into electricity for whatever needs charging. It might not be the cure all, but this is a trend that could save you some bank.
That was a mouthful. Welcome to the Thanksgiving Edition of Throwback Thursdays, where I’ve meticulously collected some of the best old school Turkey Day crap into one place for you. While you’ll probably spend most of the day stuffing your face, playing/watching football, and conversing with your least favorite relatives, you might get 5 minutes of downtime.
